Fifth our private singing concert in heat summer-day with three women. Singing, playing Violin. Unfortunately, Setsuko and Jess family weren’t ready for the day.
The concert was fun, enjoyed quite tranquil time, concentrated only on music. So good.
Marikoさんの長い粘り強い日程調整でようやく実現。みんな高齢者になり、そちらの話題にひっぱられそうになりながらも、楽しい生きがいを持つ我ら、意気軒高、「われもわれも。。」の楽しい会となった。
次回テーマソング「ロンドンデリーの歌」
みんなの前で杖なし歩行を実演したのは初めて！歌は「夏の思い出」を歌った。みんなで歌ったのは「ロンドンデリーの歌」「北上夜曲」「琵琶湖周航の歌」（音源はこちら 7/5 GTTiers!!(琵琶湖周航の歌)）など・・・。Marikoさんのダンスは「Diana」。演奏曲は徹底的に一貫性なし。楽しければよい（笑）

Another wonderful Concert in late May with four women. Singing, playing Violin and surprise dance by Kumiko! Unfortunately, Setsuko wasn’t there at that day.

色々話したいことがいっぱいで共通の話題がいっぱいの友人は楽しくためになりお互いのリフレッシュに良い!! ほかの友人とも違う貴重な時間でだった。次の機会が楽しみ。
うちの狭い駐車場に1回でぴたっと車を入れたそうだ。それだけで尊敬する。おいしいお弁当も持ってきてくれた。友人のところに在米のお嬢さんから「Happy Mother’s Day] Callあり。私はカズちゃんからお花をもらった！
友人より：「あのお部屋の窓からの海の景色はとても気持ちがのびやかになる気がいたしました。」と。梅と柘榴、いいなぁ。。
Only Three of us, and that’s we enjoy in a familier, cozy and relaxed emvironment.
We set the next meeting on May 24, Sunday.
It was such a pleasant time to get together and sang together. It was again with my dear friend Setsuko.
As elderly women we always have some problems and anxieties, but the time we shared washed away or solved certain amount of problems in wise way and we became happier than before!
Talked about not only family matters, but also about our future life, I made a proposal to live in the same nursry home, but not realistic, laugh??
We talked about the next singing concert here and practiced several pieces of songs we planed to pick up.
Next singing opportunity will be “Early Spring Concert” on the 1st of March.
The second fun gathering with Sarah family. I met Salvatore since November ’24. We sang together O surdato ’nnammurato.
I remember that Ali’s parents wanted to come to Japan and visited us last year. So I was, a kind of, waiting for their visit last year. I asked Ali “Did they come?” It’s so funny they didn’t come because they were so scared to fly over 🛫! We laughed out! It’s not an attitude of modern people. I hope we can see each other here soon! This is my another dream of this year!
The cultural difference between French, Italian and Japanese on how to define “the first week of XXX”! So interesting!! It was possible to do research as I had many friends.
Sept 24 （Mail to K）ところで，夏のラメールコンサートに出なかったバイオリン🎻の小学生さんが，Eine Klaine Nachtmusik をやっているので，機会があったら演奏したいそうです。私のリハビリ促進のため，またうちに来て歌ってくださいますか？11月の初め頃はどうでしょうか？
10/6 賛同者が順調に増えてきそうでうれしい。プログラムが作れそうだ。

次は2026年2月予定！！楽しみにして生活しよう。
Unexpected fortunate which happened today was a fun salon/chattering with my dear friend Setsuko-san.
She came, had lunch together then sang various autumn songs with my piano! Was fun and released stresses we had(?) More on that we became wiser than before!!
She knew the song「月見草の花」, it was interesting for me, as I haven’t heard that song before my Komo-friend asked me to play.
Next singing opportunity will be “The Autumn Concert” on the 2nd of November.
On 10th of August, “La Mer Singing Concert” was held successfully, with 8 people!
It was so much fun to get together and sang various songs we love. I was very pleased to be with my good friends who understood my clear intention on the concert. They helped me achieving my small but precious goal.
