ローゼルは、ハイビスカスの一種（Hibiscus sabdariffa）で、特に肥大したガク片（果実）がルビーレッド色で爽やかな酸味があるハーブです。ビタミン、ミネラル、アントシアニン、クエン酸などが豊富。ハーブティー:乾燥させた萼を煮出して、鮮やかな赤色のハーブティーとして飲むのが一般的です。

Nov. 23, ’24 Salon w/Salvatore
Unexpectedly fun Salon with Sarah and Salvatore-san from Milan! We talked and sang Italian and French songs together. He was such a decent intelligent gentleman and also an Italian who loves music.

It was so wonderful to talk about many things with my voice teacher . But, I deeply regret that I did not take any photos.
She finnaly came and got into my house. It seemed she was a bit surprised when she saw me in real, maybe was shocked about my appearance and my life in wheelchair. But she quickly understood the situation and accepted the real. Then our conversation was the same as before, about California, America’s problems, life in Kamakura, Jessica Family, etc. etc.
I asked her to sing, but she did not. I undestand she wants to sing more sophisticated atomosphire. She said that “I will come again with Takeuchi-san!” I appreciate her words, and am looking forward to their visit!!
The visit was a quite emotional one, as I felt sad when she left my house.

10/19(土)：ロシア語「道」講座-2
久しぶりの本格サロン！ロシア語と歌の会。友人4人の楽しい時間だった。準備で気がもめたり歌が思うように歌えなくて困ったり、でも私の時間を充実させ楽しませる大事なサロンだ。
勉強したい人、歌いたい人、話がしたい人、ちょうど良い組み合わせ。レモンバーベナ茶、ココナツケーキもちょうどよかった。
あ、そうだ。気温が高く、海がきれいでひまわりも咲いていた。

夏は多忙で充実。でもSalonのような雰囲気の時間はあまりなかった。久しぶりの娘との時間が、今年の夏・８月の「サロン」だった。
家族との過ごし方、将来のこと、私の希望、政治のことまで。。。 ゆっくりと話して楽しいことこの上なし。娘がいて良かった。
